My favorite show in the country: The Paper Machete is a “live magazine” comedy/variety show, held during Saturday afternoons inside a dark, boozy jazz club that used to be an Al Capone speakeasy. It’s got live music, standup comedy, and thoughtful, hilarious essays about that week’s news. It’s the best.
